Khaled Meshri: "The Skhirat Agreement is “the Political Reference to All Libyan Institutions”
“These clear guidelines of His Majesty the King focused on the need to put in place all the necessary means for the benefit of the Libyans to allow them to reach a solution by and for the Libyans,” Mr. Meshri recalled, during a joint press briefing with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita.
The Chairman also assured that " that is why, we do not need any other political initiative”.
In this context, Mr Meshri noted that “we firmly believe that international or even individual efforts of certain countries do not help towards the resolution of the Libyan crisis. On the contrary, it further complicates matters”.
Concerning his meeting with the Minister, Mr. Khaled Meshri highlighted “convergence of views” on issues of common interest.
