Biography of Mr. Mohcine Jazouli
Biography of Mr. Mohcine Jazouli Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates.
Before this appointment, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, had appointed him, on 2018 January the 22nd, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in charge of African Cooperation.
Mohcine Jazouli is an alumnus of the Paris-IX Dauphine University. In 1991, he obtained an Engineering Master’s degree in decision-making support. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Informatics in Business Management, commonly known as MIAGE, obtained at Paris XI Orsay University.
These two university programs will lead Mr. Mohcine Jazouli to the field of consulting and business management, first in Europe and then in Morocco.
For 14 years, Mohcine Jazouli strengthened his experience and expertise in large international consulting firms, in particular Ernst & Young.
Thanks to the strength of his career path, in 2005 he created Valyans Consulting, the first Moroccan consulting firm. Valyans quickly became a specialist in strategy, consulting and operational support.
Therefore, for several years, Mohcine Jazouli was at the head of multidisciplinary teams of different backgrounds and carried out projects entrusted by large institutions, national and international companies. He also advised the African States in the design and deployment of their sectoral strategies. In light of this, he led several missions in various fields such as industry, agriculture, finance, tourism, transport and urbanism.
As an entrepreneur, Mohcine Jazouli was part of the governing bodies of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM).
Convinced that the economic and social sectors go hand in hand, Mohcine Jazouli is also a member of the Think Tank CDS - Council for Development and Solidarity - whose mission is to produce studies and develop proposals in the field of public policies and the economy in Morocco.
Born in 1967 in Casablanca, Mohcine Jazouli is married and a father of two.
