HM King Mohammed VI sends a written message to His Brother HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar
The message focuses on bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and on ways to strengthen and develop them, reports the Qatar News Agency.
According to the Agency, the message was handed over to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar, who received it on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, during a meeting on Monday at the princely cabinet with Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, and Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Mr. Fouzi Lekjaa.
During the meeting, Mr. Bourita conveyed HM the King's greetings to His brother His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and to His Highness the Deputy Emir, and His wishes for good health and well-being of their Highnesses and for the development and progress of the Qatari people.
For his part, the Deputy Emir conveyed to Mr. Bourita the greetings of the Emir of the State of Qatar and his own greetings to HM King Mohammed VI, and their wishes for the Sovereign's good health and happiness and for further progress and prosperity for the brotherly Moroccan people.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the strong fraternal ties between the two countries and ways of developing them, and to examine a number of issues of common interest.
