US ambassador reveals Morocco’s new map adopted by US administration
This initiative comes two days after the presidential proclamation, published on December 10th 2020 and signed by President Donald Trump, recognizing the full sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco over the entire Moroccan Sahara region.
Thus, the US administration official maps now fully integrate Morocco’s southern provinces.
In the proclamation on the recognition of Morocco’s sovereignty over the Sahara, President Donald Trump reaffirmed the United States' support for Morocco’s serious, credible and realistic autonomy proposal, as the only basis for a just and lasting solution to the Sahara question.
