Communiqué on attacks by Israeli occupation forces against Al Quds Asharif and Al Aqsa Mosque

The Kingdom of Morocco follows with great concern and deep preoccupation the escalation path, which Israel has chosen concerning the issue of Al Quds Asharif, through successive provocative statements by some Israeli responsible parties, which attempt to undermine the legal status of Al Quds, set by international resolutions as an inherent part of the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967, and make the Palestinian issue stick in the labyrinth of religious and sectarian conflicts, in preparation for the occupation of the holy place, via its spatial and temporal division, and through Israel’s systematic and recurrent attacks targeting Al Aqsa Holy mosque and those praying in it, and the intensification of settlements in the holy city.
