Phone call of His Majesty King Mohammed VI with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, following the heinous attack by the Houthis on the United Arab Emirates (Royal Statement)

Following the despicable attack perpetrated by the Houthi militia and their supporters against the territory of the United Arab Emirates, His Majesty King Mohammed VI - May God Assist Him - had a telephone conversation today with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Emirati Armed Forces.

During this conversation, His Majesty the King strongly condemned this despicable act, which targeted innocent people and civilian facilities.

On this occasion, the Sovereign presented His sincere condolences to the Emirati Authorities and People for the loss of human lives, and His wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.

His Majesty the King reiterated the Kingdom of Morocco's firm support for all measures taken by the United Arab Emirates to defend their territory and the peace of their people in the face of the despicable attacks by the Houthi militia and its supporters.

As part of the tradition of constant and active solidarity between the two brotherly countries, His Majesty King Mohammed VI - May God Preserve Him - assured His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan that the Kingdom will always stand by the United Arab Emirates and provide all forms of support to this brotherly country for the defense of its national security and the protection of its citizens.
